Important: this is an editorial overview by Minecraft-Servera, not an advertisement. Everything below comes from our monitoring data (as of 28 October 2026) and the project's official website. Mode player counts change every minute — see the server page for live numbers.
In short
Cristalix is a Russian-speaking project with a large set of minigames and separate modded servers. The key point: you can't join with a regular Minecraft client — you play through the project's own launcher. That is why we take Cristalix's player count from its website rather than by pinging (the card marks it "according to the website"): about 1.7k players were online when we checked on 28 October, and the highest value we have recorded is 3,094.
| Parameter | What our monitoring shows |
|---|---|
| How to play | only through the project launcher |
| Launcher | Windows (.exe), macOS (.pkg), Linux (.jar) |
| Language | Russian |
| Categories | minigames, SkyBlock, own launcher |
| Socials | Telegram, VK, Discord (about 26k members), YouTube, TikTok |
| News | posted on Telegram/VK; we collect them on the server page |
Modes and where the players are
The website lists player counts per server, and we store them on the card. At the time of our check almost everyone was in MiniGames — about 1.6k players. The modded servers are much quieter.
MiniGames — per the website: Sword Masters, Custom Steve Chaos, SkyBlock Old, Arcades, Azerus, GTM, CastleFight, Hobo Survival, Bingo, SpaceTycoon, PrisonEvo, Prison OldSchool, Prison Classic, IoGames, PC Empire, Anarchy, Foodcourt, BoardGames, MyLittleFarm and events.
Modded servers: Modotopia, OneBlock, HardEvolution, Cobblemon 1.21.1, Pixelmon, OmegaRPG, TechnoMagicRPG, HiTech (some were empty or offline when we checked).
The website menu also has a separate "Bedrock" link pointing to a separate Bedrock address of the project; our catalogue does not describe that version yet.
News and wipes
Cristalix has one of the most active news feeds in our catalogue. In the days before this review the project posted:
- a GTM update to versions 3.0.1–3.0.3 (vehicles, weapons, menus);
- a new Grow a Garden season starting Friday 30 October at 18:00 Moscow time (the mode closes the evening before at 23:00);
- the Custom Steve Chaos 3.7 update with a character rebalance;
- PrisonEvo season results and rewards;
- Halloween sets in the cosmetics shop.
Wipes happen as seasons of individual modes rather than the whole project. Upcoming dates are in our events calendar; seasons and wipes are explained in What is a wipe.
Store
The website has a "Services" section, a cosmetics shop (skins, sets), subscriptions (for example an HD subscription for high-resolution skins) and promo codes. For Halloween the project gives every player a free case until 31 October.
Pros and cons
Pros:
- many modes in one place, all in Russian — from chat to news;
- the launcher installs the right version and mods for you;
- modded servers (Pixelmon, Cobblemon, tech and RPG) next to the minigames;
- regular news and mode seasons.
Cons:
- no way to play without the project launcher — a separate install is needed;
- the modded servers had few players when we checked;
- the website does not clearly state whether a Minecraft licence is required — check when registering in the launcher.
How to join
- Download the launcher only from the official website — links for Windows, macOS and Linux are on the server card ("Download launcher"). Why this matters: How to avoid scams.
- Register a project account (the site requires a login of 4+ Latin letters, digits or "_", and a password of 8+ characters with upper- and lower-case letters and a digit).
- Sign in to the launcher and pick MiniGames or a modded server — the launcher downloads the client for you.
